Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure and reserve your selected date and time. Once confirmed, this time slot is exclusively held for you and is no longer available to other clients. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service or event. Requests made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, based on availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable and may result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Requests to reschedule made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a rescheduling fee. Approval of rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on availability. Requests to reschedule made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total booking value. Approval of rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation Procedure All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message. A cancellation will only be considered valid once confirmation has been received from our team.
