Eligibility for Returns
Physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process
After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Marshmallow Candy & Coffee or our fulfillment partner. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Coffee Bar & Candy Bar Services
Deposits for Coffee Bar Service and Candy Bar Service are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled event and are subject to availability.
